Doctor of Audiology Program
On-Campus Application Information
The On-campus Au.D. program is designed to take in new students each Fall. All application materials must be received by February 1. The following application materials must be submitted:
1. Application for Graduate Study
A UF Application for Graduate Study may be submitted online at https://www.isis.ufl.edu/gradapp.html
or mailed to:

Go to http://gradschool.rgp.ufl.edu/education/toapply.html#print to download and print the application. The application fee must also be submitted to the admissions office at the above address.
2. Official Transcripts
Official transcripts from all previous undergraduate and graduate work. These must be submitted to the Admissions office at the University Registrar at:

3. Personal Statement
A personal statement describing your interest in the field of audiology, your plans for graduate study and career beyond graduate school.

4. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation
Each applicant is required to submit three (3) letters of recommendation from persons who know you well and can speak to your academic and clinical potential.Forms for these letters of recommendation are available online at: http://gradschool.rgp.ufl.edu/education/recommendation.html
5. Graduate Record Exam Scores
An official report of scores on the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) is often helpful, but not required for the Post-Master's Au.D. program.
